- 1 shot limoncello
- 1 shot vodka
- 1/2 lemon juiced

- prosecco or club soda
- garnish with any of the following: slice of lemon, lime, fresh lavender, fresh rosemary or mint
My shot glasses are 2 ounces. In a martini shaker with ice add all your ingredients excluding the prosecco or club soda. Give a few good shakes until all is mixed well and chilled. You can rim your martini glass by rubbing a wedge of lemon around the rim and dipping into some sugar that has been sprinkled onto a round salad plate. Pour the martini into your glass and top with prosecco or club soda and garnish.
